Kuldiha WLS – A Birder’s Paradise – 22nd Feb 2021
Trip Report Nestled on the foothills of the northern fringes of the Eastern Ghats in Odisha, is a small forest, known for its unique biodiversity
Conducted throughout the year. Focus remains on gathering bird related data from the field.
To promote birdwatching and enhance knowledge sharing. Topics range from ornithological research to bird conservation.
To maintain sightings records of birds across the geographical area of West Bengal.
We are a group of amateur birdwatchers.
Our society has been formed to study, observe, record and archive all aspects of birds, especially in West Bengal. We would try to promote and encourage conservation of birds in their natural environment. We also wish to assist any individual/organization working on the conservation of birds and their habitat. In the future, the society plans to bring out publications and online journals related to ornithology. We are open to collaboration with others including corporate bodies, individuals, societies or any other organisations.
