We are group of amateur birdwatchers.
Our society has been formed to study, observe, record and archive all aspects of birds, especially in West Bengal. We would like to promote and encourage conservation of birds and their natural environment. We would strive to spread awareness about the importance of conservation of birds and their environment. We would also like to assist any individual / organization / body working on conservation of birds and their habitat. We will endeavour to bring out publications or online journals on different aspects of birds, its environment, about the activities of the Society and our members. We wish to carry on all these activities either independently or in collaboration with others including corporate bodies, individuals, societies or any other organisations.
